John Elms

John Elms is an accomplished high-tech and healthcare IT executive with over 25 years of C-level leadership spanning public companies, venture-backed startups, and private equity-invested enterprises. He currently leads JH Elms & Company, a specialized consulting firm he founded in 2007 to help international healthcare IT companies navigate market entry and business development within the United States. Throughout his career, Elms has built a strong reputation for transforming technology firms and executing successful corporate exits; notably, he served as the CEO of Critical Alert, pivoting the company from traditional nurse-call hardware to enterprise care-team collaboration software prior to its acquisition by TigerConnect, where he subsequently stepped in as Chief Product Officer.
