
Paul Zieske is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and author with over 35 years of experience leveraging IoT, indoor positioning, and agentic AI to optimize enterprise healthcare operations. He is the CEO and Founder of Precursor Agentic, Inc., a company that builds machine-readable "Digital Shadow" models to provide crucial operational context for AI workforces within health systems. A pioneer of the "Care Traffic Control" concept, Zieske is also the Principal of the advisory consultancy Why Where Matters and the author of Where Matters: Healthcare's Playbook for Location-based Services 2.0 and AI. His extensive background includes co-founding Navv Systems, where he served as President and Chief of Product, managing real-time location systems (RTLS) and mobile solutions architecture for over 13 years at Henry Ford Health System, and contributing to the Digital Twin Consortium. He began his career as an electrical engineer, developing and integrating high-reliability radar and sensor systems for Westinghouse and the Federal Aviation Administration.
