Rick Evans

Rick Evans is a veteran healthcare executive and patient experience pioneer with over two decades of experience driving patient-centered care and service excellence across major academic medical centers. He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to the senior leadership and Board of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he previously spent over ten years as the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) shaping the network's consumer experience and health equity strategies. Prior to his current executive tenure in New York, Evans was the Chief Experience Officer for Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and spent seven years as NewYork-Presbyterian's Vice President of Support Services and Patient-Centered Care. A dedicated advocate for diversity, inclusion, belonging, and allyship within clinical environments, he also lends his industry expertise to academia, serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Cornell University's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy.
