Dr. Veena Goel Jones, MD, is a pediatric hospitalist and clinical informaticist who serves in leadership roles focused on digital health and patient experience at Sutter Health and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. A specialist in the intersection of clinical practice and health technology, her work centers on optimizing physician workflows, reducing cognitive load, and integrating artificial intelligence into clinical decision support to improve patient safety and care quality. She is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Stanford University School of Medicine and completed her fellowship training at Stanford, where she was the university's inaugural fellow in Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
