Throughout his career, Elms has built a strong reputation for transforming technology firms and executing successful corporate exits; notably, he served as the CEO of Critical Alert, pivoting the company from traditional nurse-call hardware to enterprise care-team collaboration software prior to its acquisition by TigerConnect, where he subsequently stepped in as Chief Product Officer. His extensive track record also includes serving as CEO of Azalea Networks (acquired by Aruba Networks), establishing Connexall USA and growing it to a dominant, top-KLAS-rated market share position, and serving as CEO of SpectraLink, where he doubled corporate revenues.
